I really enjoyed RVOne. We got a great deal and everyone was so nice. Jacob and Kiara were great! And they service guy-don’t remember his name- actually took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms. And even though we had to travel 2 1/2 hours in a snow storm it was worth it. We will be recommending them.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chloe Nolan in sales and she was absolutely amazing!! After dealing with a few salesmen at other camper locations she was hands down the best. She was patient, she listened to our wants and needs, and found campers in our price range with the monthly payments we were looking for. Winnebago EKKOs are extremely difficult to find in stock right now but these guys were somehow able to source one (at a great price) and get me in it in less than a month. Big ups to Jacob and RJ for walking me through the whole process remotely. Jacob even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. Only a few hours after signing some final docs and getting a full walkthrough demo, I was on my way back to NC in my new EKKO.... Jacob and RJ really provided top tier customer service and went above and beyond any of my previous vehicle buying experiences.read more

The after-service has been good too. I had one instance where I had a rental going out in a few days and the A/C went out. They were able to get me a quick replacement to hold me over. We looked at different Class C's in Minnesota and online for a year. In March most dealers hardly had any on their lots. When we stopped at RV One in Des Moines they had about 20 Class C new motorhomes. Chloe was the sales rep we started working with and she was Awesome to work with. We originally ordered another brand but ended up changing to the Jayco 29MV. The two floorplans were identical but the Jayco had a better rated ride and finishes on... the outside for the same price. Chloe was able to grab one coming offline and we came down from Minnesota and everything was perfect. Chloe was so easy to work with we communicated via text and phone calls and we could not have been happier. We just picked up and Dennis did a great job showing us everything. Jill in the warranty department was also great to work with. Very happy, thanks Chloe!!read more

I had a long process with RV One in Altoona, but it ended up being a good experience. Jacqueline the service manager was transparent and communicated throughout the process. It took 15 months to get an air conditioner replaced. Because of supple and demand it took a while and they were upfront all the way.If you had a bad experience in the past this is different management. Give them a chance.

Jacquilyn Cleveland and her service team really stepped up and helped us with some warranty work on our recent RV purchase. We had some issues and they fixed them right away and then after we left the dealership we had a couple of other things pop up and Jacquilyn and team did not hesitate to do the right thing and get us the assistance we needed although we were back in Texas. On our way home from Yellowstone we noticed that passenger headlight on our 2021 Jayco Alante was not in the correct position. Upon further inspection we notice the bottom bracket was never installed - as we observed on the driver side headlight. We purchased our rig from RV One Albany so we stopped in without an appointment to RV One DesMoines. The services receptionist asked Chance to take a look at our rig. He confirmed what we had said and... went to work creating a bottom bracket. It was still under warranty so no payment due. We did tip Chance and thanked him and the receipt for their help. While stopping over in Des Moines, we had an issue with our hitch jack base on our Airstream. We talked with Marvin and he said it would be weeks to get the part but offered to reshape it in the shop. Came back after 10 minutes and he had pounded out the bend and spray painted to look brand new. When I asked for the invoice, he said no charge. Great service! Thank you Marvin.

We purchased our 2019 Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel in the Fall of 2018. We had nothing but problems from the first day up to this year.All of that was resolved and I have nothing but good things to say about RVOne Des Moines! I was in management for 22 yrs. In meeting with their new General Manager Michael Farland, I found him to be a solid mgr.,in my opinion. He informed me that after a company merger, they now have training facilities for service... personnel. At the begining of May,I believe,he said they had techs away at schooling. In my opinion, Mr. Farland and the team at RVOne Des Moines are making it a priority in turning things around in the Service Dept. I'm a Happy Camper, now!!! P.S. - Jacquilyn, Service Dir., ordered a bike rack for me, while in town. It was exactly what we had been looking for for a year. It showed up on the day she said, they assembled and installed it. We enjoyed working with everyone at RV One. We had looked at several different RV dealers but at RV One we never felt rushed and they were very good at answering all our questions. We worked with Andy in sales who answered the many questions we had since we are first time RVers and if he didn't have the answer would find out for us. He was very good at keeping us informed on the status of our RV since it was on a backorder.We worked with... RV One in Des Moines was fantastic. We had a technical problem with our rental RV and were welcomed here in the friendliest manner on a Friday afternoon. I had a great experience with RV One in Des Moines. Working with Andy from Sales, Kiara from Finance, and Jill and Marvin from Service. They were all friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about Airstreams. I met Andy from... sales who was very knowledgeable about "all things Airstream." I selected an Interstate 24x and ordered it that day. As with most Airstreams, it had to be ordered and took 9 months for delivery. Andy kept me informed every step of the way and pointed me at many internet resources. Finally, the day of delivery arrived. Kiara jumped into action and got all the financing finalized in just a couple hours. Andy coordinated everything, Jill walked me through warranty and service details, and Technician Marvin gave me a fantastic 1.5 hour walkthrough of the motorhome.
